Care Coordination

Avera Gregory Healthcare Center's Care Coordination provides our patients and their families with a complete line of discharge planning services.

Do you need the help of a nurse or home health aide when you go home? Or will you require some time in a nursing facility? Maybe you need some home health equipment, a bed, walker, or other appliance to make your home adaptable during your convalescence. Our Care Coordinator will help you plan, and access community resources as you prepare to leave the hospital.

Laboratory Services

Licensed and certified by the South Dakota Department of Health, our laboratory efficiently provides accurate, quality assurance-tested results for physicians to use in diagnosis and treatment of their patients.

Surgical Services

Our skilled, competent surgeons and support staff provide high quality surgical care in both inpatient and ambulatory settings. This includes pre-operative exams and follow-up care. We have expertise in general surgery, ophthalmology, gynecologic, neurology, urology, and orthopedic surgery.
