Avera Gregory Healthcare Center is located at 400 Park Avenue. From SD Highway 18 turn North on Highway 47 and go 2 blocks. We are located on the West side of the street. From Interstate 90 turn south at exit 252. Travel south down Highway 47 through the scenic river breaks of the Missouri River 47 Miles. As you come into town we are located on the West side of the Highway.
